What makes a good review?

Email this listing

Reviews must be based on your personal experience and not the experience of your clients or other third parties. This can include your experience during the reservation process. A good review has information which is useful to other users. For example, “Good hotel” or “Enjoyed Stay” does not relay enough information to assist other users. Try to include likes and dislikes, room for improvements, and the complaint resolution process which was followed at the hotel (should this apply).
