Important update to the Qantas Channel

Please note that the Qantas Channel is ceasing, effective 1 July 2025. If you currently have a Qantas Channel Agreement with Qantas, this will be terminated on 30 June 2025.

Action required
Agency Managers should continue to update their agency profile information before the Qantas Channel is removed from Qantas Agency Connect on 15 May 2025.

What's changing?
From 1 July 2025, agents will have multiple ways to access Qantas content through our new distribution model, including surcharge-free options and channels with varying ticket surcharges.
